MPCE Journal Will Adopt ScholarOne Manuscript System for Submission & Reviewing

Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy (MPCE) will adopt ScholarOne Manuscript system for online

submission and reviewing from September 1, 2019. The available link is: https://mc03.manuscriptcentral.com/mpce.

The handling process of the manuscripts submitted in EM system before August 31, 2019 remains in the EM system.

The length limitations of your original submission are 12 pages (for Review and Views), 9 pages (for Original Paper

and Discussion) and 5 pages (for Short Letter) in MPCE format. You can download the newest Word and LaTeX
