MPCE is co-published by IEEE and all articles are open accessed on Xplore. It is indexed in SCI, Ei, Scopus, INSPEC, DOAJ, EBSCO, ProQuest, SCImago, OCLC, Google Scholar, CSA, CSAD, etc. It has entered into Q1 of Journal Citation Reports (JCR) and Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) journal ranking.
